WomenCentric® was birthed as a women’s speaking group by Founder, Pattie Simone, President of Write-Communications.com and Marketing-Advantage.net, after she was inspired by four dynamic women speakers in different NY, NJ and CT business networking programs. Their combined expertise covered image and peak performance coaching, career and divorce counseling, business communications and marketing. The idea was proposed by email, and discussed and adopted at a diner. An exciting new collaborative and promotional vehicle was launched! Today WomenCentric® is still about inspiring collaboration amongst diverse peers; and promoting women entrepreneurs and experts is at it’s core.
We’re a fresh online space for women experts, highlighting a rich talent pool for meeting planners, corporate communications executives, trade and industry association program/conference planners, college and high school career development coordinators, and Chambers of Commerce special event staff. WomenCentric® also seeks to connect new rising stars with seasoned mentors, as well as providing a showcase that enables more women experts to get quoted in the media.
